TheChallenge
With its Y2K revival in full swing, Juicy Couture was ready to re-enter the UK retail scene. Our brief was to create a bold, high-impact fashion environment for its first standalone store in eight years within a temporary 12-month pop-up format. The catch? A total budget of just £100k (including fees) and only nine weeks from concept to completion.

TheSolution
We delivered a visually arresting retail experience that balanced architectural clarity with Juicy’s iconic, attitude-heavy aesthetic, all on a lean, fast-moving budget. Clean, linear structures ground the space, while loud, punk-influenced graphics, baroque touches, and powder-pink drapery dial up the drama. A central Runway Table gives the store a fashion-first focal point, while theatrical details like velvet curtains, mirrors, and bellboy trolleys add a playful nod to hotel luxury. The palette of pink, silver, black reinforces Juicy’s unapologetic maximalism, crafted to capture attention and drive social engagement.

TheOutcome
Opened in Westfield Stratford, the space successfully reintroduced Juicy Couture to a new generation while staying true to its heritage. Designed, built, and delivered in just nine weeks, the store met all creative and commercial objectives proving that big brand impact doesn’t always need a big budget.
